NETA RAZ is currently working at the Impact Centre co-authoring a book about scientific research and the applied skills used by students as they join research facilities as graduate students. Neta has completed her Master's of Science in Chemistry at University of Toronto studying the flow of micro-sphere gels in micro-channels to achieve better understanding of how white blood cells flow in our blood vessels. She also completed an M.Sc. at the Ben Gurion University of the Negeve in Israel developing nano-filtration membranes for water purification, in order to improve current technologies for water desalination.
Neta has a rich background creating and directing educational programs such as science camps, science after school programs and special science events for children in Toronto. She has worked with children of all ages, engaging them in scientific discovery through fun and educational hands-on activities.
